The opportunistic acquisition and development of select multi-family, commercial, retail and hospitality properties is a hallmark of the company. We have recently completed several commercial acquisitions and redevelopments, including the acquisition of 400 rental units in Vancouver, Red Deer and Calgary, the development of a twenty thousand square foot retail centre and the acquisition of a premier location office and commercial building in Edmonton. The company’s efforts to source new revenue properties and continue the rejuvenation and redevelopment of recently acquired assets and properties held by the company for many years is a focus of significant energy and will allow the company to to drive the growth of the asset base in the future.
